My love for fitness started when I was young, always looking for new ways to challenge my body while keeping my movement mindful. I decided to take things further by becoming a Holistic Nutritionist and Fitness Coach. Since then, I’ve opened my own practice, taking on clients for both fitness and nutrition.
When I first tried Lagree, I instantly loved how it slows things down while still giving you an intense full-body workout—it pushes both your body and mind. I’m so pumped to create a space where people can challenge themselves to their limits and grow, both physically and mentally, in a fun, safe way. Expect lots of energy, challenges, and fun in my classes!
