My fitness journey began in 2015 with spin, and later joined the Pilates and Lagree certified community. When I first tried Lagree, it tough love at first sight. I’m so happy to share my passion for Lagree with the community and seeing everyone in class smiling, sweating, and feeling stronger than when they walked in.
When I am not sweating (or making others sweat), I am pursuing entrepreneurship with my Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University and crossing countries off my list.
Teaching Style: Spicy, fun, motivating.
Favourite Move: Back lunge.
