I started my career as a Physician Assistant but eventually found my true calling in fitness. With certifications in Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Spin, Barre Fusion, personal training and Lagree, staying active is a huge part of my life.
As an avid group fitness junkie, I turn my passion into my purpose and began teaching Lagree.
Teaching Lagree allows me to combine my passion for movement with helping others—it's all about lifting people up and connecting with the community. When I'm not teaching, I love traveling and spending time with my daughter, husband, and our two dogs.
Teaching Style: Supportive, challenging, precise.
Favourite Move: Reverse floor lunge.
